Sergeant Davenport

January 21, 2011

Brett was invited to document the memorial services for Sergeant William Davenport, father of one of Brett’s grade school friends. Sergeant Davenport was a veteran of the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War, and a retired Sergeant of the Englewood Police Department. His services to this country are appreciated and will not be forgotten.

I was one of the officers who was at Bill’s Funeral and you did a wonderful job capturing the images for the family. The pictures are so amazing; you captured the moment perfectly, I’m in awe. I’ve never been more proud to say I’m an Englewood Police Officer, thank you.
